Family Learning
During the summer term (2010) several children and their parents/grandparents have been taking part in the Family Learning Programme at school. This concentrated on Numeracy skills, showing our parents how we learn about Numeracy at Edge Hill.
During the Summer Term of 2011 Family Learning concentrated on Numeracy and problem solving. During the Autumn Term of 2011 Family Learning will be concentrating on Literacy skills, especially the development of writing.
To celebrate the end of the 2010 course the children and their parents/grandparents were taken to Sudbury Museum of Childhood for the afternoon.
