If your child is going to be absent from school, it is really important that you contact the school office on 01283 239040 before 9.15am if possible, to let us know that they are going to be away.
Office staff will ring parents if they have not received notification before 9.15am. Please ring school each day that your child is absent unless you have already made alternative arrangements with school.

If your child is late for school, it is very important that you ask them to enter the building via the reception, and not to the rear of the school as they would do if they were on time. This is to ensure that they are seen by a member of the office staff, who can then give them a mark in their register.
If you need to see any of the teachers please come to reception to make an appointment. We might not always be able to see you straight away but will arrange an appointment as soon as possible. Thank-you for your co-operation.
